The Cabinet of Ministers plans to submit to the Parliament draft national budget for 2010 on April 12 or 14, First Vice Prime Minister Andrii Kliuev informed.
In his words, the government is planning to submit to parliament two programmes of the government's actions: one for 2010 and another one until 2012. "These two programmes plus the state budget we will submit to the Supreme Council between April 12 and 14," Kliuev said.

The minister notes they are basing on a budget deficit of not more than 6%. Kliuev added hereto, much of the budget funds were allocated to building infrastructure in frames of the preparations for the European Football Championship 2012, as well as to developing the energy sector, energy saving, and to construction of alternative-energy facilities.

On top of that he voiced confidence that before the end of 2010 GDP growth could reach the 2007 levels.
